Sprouts, Beans, Seeds

This article is going to be about sprouts, beans, and seeds and why they are extremely healthy, and how to sprout. First of all there is a great amount of enzymes, vitamins, potassium, protein, and minerals in sprouts, seeds, and beans!

If sprouts give us protein that means healthier cells! The healthier our cells are, the more our body can fight diseases and infections, as well as healing wounds faster! Sprouts also have vitamins like vitamin C, A, B, & E. In order for your sprouts to give you all of those healthy things, you must not cook them.

If you are planning on buying spouts, make sure to get them ripe. Also make sure they are not cracked, moldy, or broken. Here’s some examples of sprouts/seeds/beans you could get:

  • Adzuki beans
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Mung beans
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chinese Cabbage sprouts

If you would like to know how to grow sprouts, I suggest that you google it. It is possible for sprouts to go bad and if they do throw them out. They will have a stinky smell and taste bitter. Always make sure you check for bugs! After you are done sprouting it would be best to eat quickly or they will go bad. Also before you eat them stir them around in water to get the holes off. Putting your sprouts in the refrigerator will preserve your sprouts but not for very long. Hope you enjoyed this article about sprouting! Comment your thoughts, i’d love to hear from you! Thank you 🙂
